Yoga Is Sanctuary Today’s lesson is about sanctuary and how to find a place of calm and peace deep within yourself. We’ll use the backbend Ustrasana, or Camel Pose, to dive into that inner world. Kino will guide you through warm ups and then a series of backbends that will challenge you. The idea is to work outside of your comfort zone, just a little, so you seek a source of strength from deep within.
