The Chase

An unemployed veteran gets mixed up in a complex plot to help a mobster’s wife escape, and is framed for murder, leading to a chase. Known for its confusing, dreamlike twists and turns, which were partly a way to work around the Production Code. Starring Peter Lorie and Robert Cummings.
