We may use other tracking and data collection technologies now existing or developed in the future. We will update this Privacy Policy as material new technologies are adopted.
By using our Service on any platform or device, you consent to the use of these technologies and the collection and sharing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We use the information we collect for a variety of purposes, including:
We share information with vendors, service providers, and partners who assist us in operating the Service across all platforms, including hosting providers, analytics companies, payment processors, advertising technology companies, measurement and verification services, content delivery networks, CTV platform integration partners, and customer support providers.
We share information with advertising partners to serve targeted advertisements on and off our Service across all platforms and devices. On CTV platforms, this may include sharing viewing data, device identifiers, and household-level data with demand-side platforms, ad exchanges, data management platforms, and other advertising technology providers. These partners may use platform identifiers, device identifiers, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your activity across services and devices over time.
When you access the Service through CTV platforms such as Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Google TV, or Samsung Smart TV, those platform operators may independently collect data about your use of the Service pursuant to their own privacy policies. We may also share data with those platform operators in connection with delivering the Service, serving advertising, and measuring performance. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the CTV platforms through which you access our Service.
We share information with analytics providers, including Google Analytics and similar services, to understand how users interact with our Service across platforms. This includes information about content watched, search terms entered, pages viewed, and other usage data. Search queries you enter into our Service may be transmitted to and processed by these analytics providers as part of standard analytics data collection.
We may disclose or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
We may disclose your information if required by applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities.
We may disclose your information to protect the rights, property, and safety of STIRR, our users, or the public, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

In addition to the controls described in Section 10 below, you may have privacy controls available to you through the specific platform or device through which you access the Service:
Note that opting out through platform-level controls limits our ability to use platform-provided identifiers for advertising but does not necessarily stop all data collection by the platform operator under that platform's own privacy practices.
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 on any platform. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@stirr.com.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When we no longer need personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction across all platforms. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems or your information. You use the Service and provide information to us at your own risk.

You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Note that this opt-out applies to browser-based access only and does not affect data collection through mobile or CTV apps.
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We also recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law. Our web-based Service evaluates GPC signals. GPC signals do not apply to our mobile or CTV applications, which are governed by platform-level privacy controls.
You may update or correct information in your account by logging into your account settings. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@stirr.com. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services.
